I’ve added Ed Hartman’s Marimbells of Christmas to the station’s rotation. This CD is mostly handbells and other non-traditional instruments. One really nice touch is that the CD liner has notes on each song, such as its history, or a description of the instruments you will hear. “Carol of the Bells” includes bells, chimes, crotales (tuned cymbals), marimba, vibraphone, timpani and small percussion.
